Iran's first free Quranic phone library was launched with the aim of reaching out to kids, teenagers and young adults, thanks to the efforts of managers and staff of Tafseer Javan Institute. Mohammad Bistuni , the head of the Quranic centers department in Tafseer Javan Institute , told IQNA that the library has provided children, teenagers and young adults with an opportunity to read Quranic books by calling the library and ordering their favorite titles. Pointing to membership difficulties in other libraries, he said, "Anyone can fax their order to the library and receive the book they want without membership formalities or paying membership fees, no matter where they are.For ordering books, one can also log on to the website of the Tafseer Javan Institute at www.tafsirejavan.com. He further said that delivery expenses will be covered by the institute and that the library lends books totally free of charge for a specific period of time. .
